Profile: Prof Lakshmi Chandra

Prof Lakshmi Chandra retired as Professor of English from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, a few years ago. She has a doctorate in American Literature. She has taught one of the most popular courses - The Use of English. She has taught English to foreigners, MA students and to teachers of English.

Now she is running customized courses in the use of English with special reference to speaking and writing, focusing on communication skills.

These courses will run from 11.30am to 1pm, three days a week.

To start with, one can attend 15 classes at the cost of Rs 3000,ie, Rs 200 per class. Classes will be held in Flat 301, S L Homes, East Marredpalli, Secunderabad.
