With 23 plus years of experience in people development ( 7++as a therapist And 16++ in Human Resources), I have been working extensively with family and structure constellations and have seen wondrous changes in the lives of people I have worked with as well my own. I facilitate and focus on family constellations training and experiential workshops along with personal sessions in group and one to one. Prior to being a therapist, I have 16 years of experience as a corporate human resource professional with reputed organizations and still continue to do corporate training assignments.

I work extensively with family and structure constellations as this is a solution-oriented approach. You are empowered to release yourself from the bondage of the past and craft many beautiful tomorrows with this process. Along with Family and Structure Constellations, there's also a blend with the wisdom of Sound Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Empowerment Techniques, and Access Bars to help people get aligned to their native energies. Though my love and my calling is family constellations. I experiment with different structures and combine therapies with constellations, if needed for best results. My passion and dedication for family constellations has led me to continue my further my learning and I am an ongoing student of the Bert Hellinger school in Germany for family constellations (Hellinger Schule, Germany). Having a strong corporate background, I love to work though organization and career related issues with organization constellations.

My other passion and calling being Sound Therapy, working with the Tibetan bowls but specifically using voice chants (Sounds of Shiva) to help bring in resonance and inner alignment which helps in healing at a mind, body and emotional level.

After 15 years of corporate experience in human resources and people development, life helped me delve deeper into itself. And that is exactly where I found me waiting-to-be-discovered. I decided to delve deeper into people development to answer my heart's calling. I moved out of my HR job to facilitate people in their life's journey. I enjoy exploring new modalities and adapt them to suit the person's specific requirements. And the personal journey to uncover new layers of life and learning continues allowing new shifts that transform me in the process. This helps me to be in the mode to constantly learn, experiment with new modalities and find newer and quicker ways to heal easily and peacefully.
